Veal With Lemon Wine Sauce Recipe
- 4 to 6 veal cutlets
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounce. fresh or possibly canned mushrooms
- Dredge cutlets in flour and garlic pwdr mix.
- Saute/fry in butter, remove to baking dish.
- Add in lemon juice, wine and mushrooms to pan, and saute/fry for 5 min.
- Pour over veal, cover pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
- Remove to serving dish and serve with rice or possibly noodles.
