Asian Chicken with Broccoli and Chickpeas
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs (3 lb.)
- 1 can (14 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. lite soy sauce
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake on upper rack in oven 20 min.
- Place chickpeas, onions and broccoli on separate rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; add to oven after 20 min.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Bake chicken and vegetables 30 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F) and vegetables are tender, brushing 3 Tbsp.
