Oatmeal Bourbon Bread

• 1 package yeast, active dry
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk, skim, (non fat) powder non-fat
• 2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
• 1 1/4 cups water warm

1. Put ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
