Egg and Watercress Rounds

  1. In a small bowl, combine egg, watercress, onions, mayo and sour cream.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place bread on a cutting board and cut into 2 inch rounds.
  4. Spread butter lightly over bread and then spoon egg mixture over the top.
  5. Garnish each with a watercress sprig.
