Chocolate Oven Doughnut
- 2 12 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 14 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix baking mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla in medium bowl until dough forms.
- Shape into ball, knead 10 times.
- Roll dough 1/2 inch thick on surface dusted with baking mix.
- Cut with 2 1/2 doughnut cutter.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 minutes or until set.
- Cool slightly.
- Glaze with your favorite glaze.
