Chocolate Oven Doughnut

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix baking mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla in medium bowl until dough forms.
  3. Shape into ball, knead 10 times.
  4. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick on surface dusted with baking mix.
  5. Cut with 2 1/2 doughnut cutter.
  6. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 8 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool slightly.
  9. Glaze with your favorite glaze.
