Green Tomato Chutney Dog

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large pot over medium-low heat.
  2. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Puree the chutney with a stick blender, leaving the mixture slightly chunky.
  4. Heat a grill of grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Grill the hot dogs until cooked through and toast the buns.
  6. Serve the hot dogs in the buns, each garnished with the Green Tomato Chutney.
