Baby Carrots With Curry Sauce Recipe
- 1/2 lb baby carrots, (4-inch)
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Steam carrots, covered, 7 min or possibly till crisp-tender; drain.
- Combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan; place over medium-low heat till warm, stirring occasionally.
- Yield: 2 servings.
