Green Chili Pickle Relish
- 3 each poblano peppers grilled, peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 3 each pickles, dill finely diced
- 4 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 4 tablespoons cilantro freshly and finely chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour to allow the flavor to develop.
