Chile Con Queso Dip

  1. Melt cheese.
  2. Peel tomatoes and chop coarsely.
  3. In frying pan melt butter and saute garlic.
  4. Add tomatoes and peppers saute briefly.
  5. Add flour, cream and salt.
  6. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add melted cheese and mix well.
  8. Best to keep it warm while eating.
