Crock Pot Barbecue

  1. Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide.
  2. Place these in the crock pot.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour over the meat, and mix.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours.
