Sausage Supper Casserole

  1. Brown sausage; drain & remove from pan.
  2. Saute onion, bell pepper & celery in the same pan as the sausage drippings, until veggies are translucent.
  3. Stir soup mix into 4 cups warm water.
  4. Add the soup mix & water to the veggies.
  5. Stir in the rice, then add the sausage.
  6. Pour into 9x12 casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until rice is cooked.
