Chicken Breast Reuben Hero Recipe EDWARDCARL

• 1 cup pesto, 2 chicken breast (split ) 1 pkg. corned beef, 4 slices swiss cheese
• 4 french rolls (6 inch ) partially split, 1 can ( 12 oz) sauerkraut ( rinsed and diveded
• by four

1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Place split chicken breast on a non stick baking pan cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done ( 165 ).
3. Toast roll, spread pesto onto bottom half of each roll.
4. Place corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
5. Put top on each roll and (enjoy ).
6. Serve with a side salad or fries.
