Curried Orange Glazed Chicken With Cilantro Recipe

• 4 chicken breasts (6 ounce. each)
• Flour
• 1 tbsp. garlic
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 2/3 c. orange juice
• 1/2 c. chicken stock
• 1 tbsp. orange zest
• 4 tbsp. minced cilantro
• 1 1/2 tbsp. curry pwdr
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• 1 tbsp. mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp. cornstarch and water

1. Lb.
2. the breasts and lightly flour each one.
3. Saute/fry the chicken in garlic and butter till almost done.
4. Add in liquid, zest, cilantro, spices and mustard.
5. Simmer till chicken is done.
6. Remove the chicken and thicken the liquid with cornstarch and water mix.
7. Add in chicken to sauce and heat till chicken is warm.
