Best Fish Batter Recipe

• 2 c. flour
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 med. onion, minced very fine
• 1 tbsp. parsley
• 1 teaspoon onion salt
• 2 big handfuls corn flakes, crushed
• 1 to 2 cans beer

1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. Stir in wet until the batter is thick, but not too thick.
3. Dip in fish or chicken.
4. Place carefully into hot oil and fry until done.
