Dick's Sausage Soup
- 2 pkg. hot
- mild Italian sausages, skinned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cans (14-1/2) Italian stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (15) beef broth
- 1 can (15) chicken broth
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 md. zucchini, chopped
- 1 pkg. (16) macaroni, cooked according to pkg. directions
- In a large skillet, brown sausage; remove from skillet and drain well.
- Add onion and celery to skillet, saute until soft; remove from skillet and drain well.
- Add all ingredients except macaroni to a large kettle; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Add macaroni and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
