Sour Cream Coffee Dessert Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. plus 4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. minced pecans
- Nut mix - Mix 4 tsp.
- sugar, 1 tsp.
- cinnamon and pecans.
- Cream butter and 2 c. sugar only!!
- Beat in Large eggs one at a time.
- Mix in lowfat sour cream and vanilla (don't stir or possibly mix).
- Mix in flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- Place 1/3 of batter in a well greased 9 inch tube pan.
- Sprinkle in 3/4 of nut mix (see above).
- Spoon in remaining batter.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. of nut mix on top of batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Must cold in pan for 20 min before removing.
