Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Mix spices.
  2. Add red wine and soy sauce.
  3. Place steak in gallon sized ziploc.
  4. Pour marinade over steak and refrigerate 4-16 hours.
  5. Grill over medium high heat for 6 minutes per side for rare, 7 minutes per side for medium or 8 minutes per side for well done.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes.
  7. Slice thinly across the grain.
