Marinated Flank Steak
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 12 cup red wine
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 1 (2 -3 lb) flank steaks
- Mix spices.
- Add red wine and soy sauce.
- Place steak in gallon sized ziploc.
- Pour marinade over steak and refrigerate 4-16 hours.
- Grill over medium high heat for 6 minutes per side for rare, 7 minutes per side for medium or 8 minutes per side for well done.
- Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes.
- Slice thinly across the grain.
