Dorothy's Best Ever Pastry

  1. Beat the lard in the boiling water and 1 tbsp vinegar.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. Stir into the lard mixture.
  4. Do not overmix.
  5. Form into a ball and put into fridge until ready to roll out.
  6. May be frozen.
  7. When ready to roll out, remove from fridge and make your shells for pies or tarts.
