Cajun Cafe's Bourbon Chicken Recipe

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pcs in a bowl.
  2. Cover and chill (stirring often) for several hrs (best overnight).
  3. Bake chicken at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 min.
  4. Remove chicken.
  5. Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into a frying pan.
  6. Heat, and add in 2 Tbs.
  7. white wine.
  8. Stir and add in chicken.
  9. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
