Mushroom pockets.
- 1 roll pastry
- 25 mushrooms
- 1 cream cheese
- 1 sweet chilli sauce
- 1 garlic
- Roll out pastry thinly and cut out round pieces with a cup.
- In the middle of the pastry circle, put a mushroom head without the stem.
- Add a quarter teaspoon garlic inside the mushroom.
- Add a bit of chilli sauce on top of the garlic.
- Add a half teaspoon of the cheese on top of that.
- Fold the sides of the pasty to close on top
