Mushroom pockets.

  1. Roll out pastry thinly and cut out round pieces with a cup.
  2. In the middle of the pastry circle, put a mushroom head without the stem.
  3. Add a quarter teaspoon garlic inside the mushroom.
  4. Add a bit of chilli sauce on top of the garlic.
  5. Add a half teaspoon of the cheese on top of that.
  6. Fold the sides of the pasty to close on top
