Lemon-Honey BBQ Pork Chop Sandwiches

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in shallow dish.
  2. Add chops; turn chops over to evenly coat.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Heat grill to medium heat.
  5. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for later use.
  6. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill chops 3 min.
  8. on each side.
  9. Brush with half the remaining barbecue sauce.
  10. Grill 2 to 3 min.
  11. on each side or until chops are done (145F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
  12. Remove chops from grill; let stand 3 min.
  13. Meanwhile, grill onions 2 min.
  14. on each side.
  15. Spread rolls with reserved barbecue sauce; fill with chops, onions, lettuce and tomatoes.
