Pinto Beans and Ham Hocks

  1. Boil hamhocks in water on high heat for 45 minutes.
  2. Add all seasonings except the hot sauce and the onion.
  3. Continue to boil for 20 minutes.
  4. Add pinto beans, hot sauce and onion.
  5. Boil on medium heat until beans are tender.
  6. Drain off the water and serve.
