Guacamole with Black Beans
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1/2 whole Lemon
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cups Black Beans
- Extra Cilantro For Garnish
- Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and spoon flesh into a medium size bowl.
- Juice the lemon over the avocados.
- Add in the red onion, tomato, and cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper and add hot sauce.
- Mash guacamole with a fork until smooth, but still chunky.
- Add in the beans and stir to combine.
- Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
- Serves 4.
