Guacamole with Black Beans

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and spoon flesh into a medium size bowl.
  2. Juice the lemon over the avocados.
  3. Add in the red onion, tomato, and cilantro.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add hot sauce.
  5. Mash guacamole with a fork until smooth, but still chunky.
  6. Add in the beans and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serves 4.
