Cheesy Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken; cook and stir 6 min.
  3. or until no longer pink.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except lettuce and cheese; cook and stir 6 to 8 min.
  5. or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves, topping each lettuce leaf with about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture.
  7. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; roll up.
