Cheddar with Spinach & Pepper Wrap

  1. Drizzle olive oil over tortilla.
  2. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  3. Arrange cheese slices to cover most of tortilla.
  4. Top with tomatoes, peppers, spinach and sprouts; roll and eat.
  5. Finish meal with an orange and yogurt.
  6. Serve wrap with a glass of water.
