Cheddar with Spinach & Pepper Wrap
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
- 1/2 medium tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 medium red pepper, stem removed, sliced
- 4 fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 medium orange Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 8 fl oz (1 Cup) drinking water
- Drizzle olive oil over tortilla.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Arrange cheese slices to cover most of tortilla.
- Top with tomatoes, peppers, spinach and sprouts; roll and eat.
- Finish meal with an orange and yogurt.
- Serve wrap with a glass of water.
