Morning Hash
- 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- bunch coriander
- tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar
- tbsp garlic oil
- 4 slice whole wheat bread
- Pan toast the pieces of bread until golden.
- Once golden drizzle some garlic oil; sprinkle on the cheese and take it off the flame and set aside.
- On a bowl add the onions, tomatoes, coriander, salt, pepper, lime juice, and chickpeas.
- Mix well until well incorporated.
- Top the toast with this mixture.
