Sesame Chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 12 cup water
- 14 cup rice wine vinegar
- 14 cup cornstarch
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 2 cups long grain brown rice
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame (to garnish)
- Cut chicken into small strips and place in marinade.
- Cook the rice using 2 parts water to 1 part rice in double boiler.
- Heat pan over medium high heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Stir fry the chicken to fully cook.
- Add broccoli followed by sauce mix and place a lid on pan to steam broccoli.
- Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
