Spinach-Cheddar-Bacon Quiche
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 9 inches unbaked pastry shells
- Drain spinach well, removing as much excess water as possible.
- Toss cheese with flour.
- Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Garish with additional bacon, if desired.
