Spinach-Cheddar-Bacon Quiche

  1. Drain spinach well, removing as much excess water as possible.
  2. Toss cheese with flour.
  3. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well.
  4. Pour into pastry shell.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  6. Garish with additional bacon, if desired.
