Trina's Salsa
- 15 roma tomatoes
- 18 cup minced garlic clove
- 14 cup fresh onion
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 14 cup red pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 18 cup jalapeno pepper
- Chop onion, peppers and cilantro.
- Cut tomatoes into halves, then slice into 4 pieces and chop.
- Mixed all ingredients.
- Use potato masher to crush slightly to release juice from the tomatoes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or use as a relish with chicken, omletts, etc.
