Chorizo Supreme Pizza
- 10 each Mexican chorizo links
- 10 each pre-baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 1-1/4 qt. pizza sauce
- 2-1/2 qt. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1-1/4 qt. sliced mushrooms
- 2-1/2 cups pickled banana pepper rings, drained
- 2-1/2 cups red pepper strips
- 2-1/2 cups sliced black olives
- 1-1/4 cups chopped green peppers
- Cook chorizo in skillet until cooked through (170F); cut into thin slices.
- Spread each pizza crust with 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese and 1 Tbsp.
- of the Parmesan cheese.
- Top with about 3-1/2 oz.
- chorizo, 1/2 cup of the mushrooms, 1/4 cup of the banana pepper rings, 1/4 cup of the red peppers, 1/4 cup of the olives and 2 Tbsp.
- of the green peppers.
- Sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and additional 1 Tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 425F-standard oven for 15 to 20 min.
- or until Monterey Jack cheese is melted and crust is crisp and lightly browned.
