Blackberry Pie Recipe

  2. Combine 3 1/2 c. berries with the sugar and flour.
  3. Spoon the mix into an unbaked pie shell.
  4. Spread the remaining 1/2 c. berries on top of the sweetened berries, and cover with the top crust.
  5. Seal and crimp the edges.
  6. Brush the top crust with lowfat milk, and sprinkle with 1/4 c. sugar.

  8. Bake at 425 degree F (220 degrees C) for 15 min.
  9. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and bake for an additional 20 -25 min.
