Angel Food Cake With Vanilla Custard Sauce Recipe

  1. Place lowfat milk in 1 qt glass measure.
  2. Microwave at High for 3 min.
  3. Combine sugar and egg yolks in a Medium bowl; stir with a whisk.
  4. Gradually add in warm lowfat milk to egg mix, stirring constantly with a whisk.
  5. Return lowfat milk mix to glass measure.
  6. Microwave at High for 2 1/2 min, stirring after 1 1/2 minute.Stir in vanila.
  7. Cover; cold to room temperature.
  8. Serve over angel food cake.
  9. Yield: 8 servings.
