Chile del Borracho

  1. Add Water, Tequila, Garlic, Salt, cilantro and Sugar to blender.
  2. Make sure it's cilantro leaves, not stems.
  3. Blend until mixed.
  4. Poor into a container.
  5. Thinly slice Peppers and onions.
  6. Add peppers and onions to container.
  7. I don't add all the pepper and oniin.
  8. I just eyeball it to where the juice is not overcrowded
  9. Let container sit room temperature for an hour or 2.
  10. Refrigerate another 2 or so.
  11. Add to tacos and enjoy..
