Five-Bean Salad
- 1-1/4 qt. dry lentils, cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/4 qt. canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
- 1-1/4 qt. canned pinto beans, drained, rinsed
- 1-1/4 qt. canned black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1-1/4 qt. canned great Northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 2-1/2 cups red onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1-1/4 qt. BACK TO NATURE Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Combine all ingredients except vinaigrette in large bowl.
- Add vinaigrette; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
