Creamy Cauliflower Mash
- 7 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 small head), chopped
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Cook cauliflower in pan of boiling water 15 min.
- or until tender; drain well.
- Pat cauliflower dry with paper towels; place in food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
