Avocado and Mushroom Cream Pasta
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 handful Mushrooms
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp White flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tsp plus Soy sauce
- 1 serving Pasta
- 1 White sesame seeds, powdered cheese etc.
- Add salt to a generous amount of hot water and boil the pasta.
- Chop the avocado, mushrooms and bacon into large bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice the onion.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon and onion over a medium heat.
- When the onion has wilted, add the mushrooms and continue to fry.
- Turn the heat to low and coat everything with the flour.
- Blend it in until it is no longer powdery.
- Add the milk and stir while heating.
- When it has thickened, add the avocado.
- Adjust the taste with soy sauce, mix with the boiled pasta and transfer to a serving plate.
- Add sesame seeds and powdered cheese if you like, and enjoy.
