Bow Tie Pasta Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook pasta till Al dents, drain.
  3. Cook beef and fresh mushrooms in a skillet till meat is no longer pink and mushrooms are cooked down, then drain.
  4. Return mixture to skillet and add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  5. Cook till heated through, stirring frequently.
  6. Combine pasta and meat mixture and pour into a 3 quart casserole.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes.
