Bow Tie Pasta Casserole
- 4 cup Bow Tie Pasta -- Dry Measure
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatos (not drained)
- 12 oz Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook pasta till Al dents, drain.
- Cook beef and fresh mushrooms in a skillet till meat is no longer pink and mushrooms are cooked down, then drain.
- Return mixture to skillet and add remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Cook till heated through, stirring frequently.
- Combine pasta and meat mixture and pour into a 3 quart casserole.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes.
