Curried Mayonnaise

• 1 cup light mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons lime juice
• 14 teaspoon water
• 1 tablespoon curry paste, red
• 14 teaspoon saffron thread

1. Mix saffron threads and water into a paste.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
3. Will keep short periods if refrigerated.
4. Serve with ham sandwiches, tuna salad, cold turkey.
