Buffalo Vegetable Platter Recipe
- 12 1/2 lb Vegetables for deep frying Mushrooms, green peppers, zucchini
- 1 1/2 c. Margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Durkee Warm Sauce
- Deep Fry Vegetables crisp and brown.
- Combine melted margarine and Durkee Warm Sauce.
- Lightly Toss cooked veggies in margarine/warm sauce mix.
- Remove immediately so they do not become soggy.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve immediately with bleu cheese or possibly ranch dip.
