Anissabo (Pea Soup Cree Style) Recipe
- 2 c. dry peas, soaked
- 20 ounce hominy
- 1 c. celery leaves -=or possibly=-
- 2 pch thyme salt pepper savoury
- 16 c. water
- When the soaking peas are soft, put them in a large pot with the rest of the ingredients.
- Simmer till the peas are tender but stil hard.
- Add in the hominy & cook until thickened.
- Serve warm.
