Cactus, Green Bean & Pomegranate Salad
- 3 cups thinly sliced cactus
- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, cut diagonally into thirds
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Cook cactus in boiling water in large saucepan 10 to 15 min.
- or until tender, adding beans for the last 5 min.
- ; drain.
- Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Place cactus mixture in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
