Cactus, Green Bean & Pomegranate Salad

  1. Cook cactus in boiling water in large saucepan 10 to 15 min.
  2. or until tender, adding beans for the last 5 min.
  3. ; drain.
  4. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
  5. Place cactus mixture in large bowl.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
