One-Bite Pecan Pies

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add flour; mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F.
  5. Divide dough into 24 balls.
  6. Place one ball in each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups; press onto bottoms and up sides of cups to form shells.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Beat egg lightly in medium bowl.
  9. Add brown sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  10. Stir in pecans.
  11. Spoon evenly into pastry shells, filling each shell three-fourths full.
  12. Bake 25 min.
  13. or until lightly browned.
  14. Let stand 5 min.
  15. ; remove from pans to wire racks.
  16. Cool completely.
  17. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  18. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
