Basil-Lemon Bow Ties

  1. Cook bowties according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over low heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add garlic and saute, stirring often, for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add well drained bowties and toss well until coated with garlic/oil mixture.
  6. Add lemon juice and zest, basil salt and pepper.
  7. Toss untl basil wilts.
  8. Top with parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve.
