Lemon Butter

  1. Place the ingredients in a small bowl and mash together with a fork.
  2. Place the butter mixture in a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll into a 1-inch-diameter cylinder.
  3. Twist the ends and refrigerate until ready to use.
