Lemon Butter
- 1/4 pound unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Place the ingredients in a small bowl and mash together with a fork.
- Place the butter mixture in a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll into a 1-inch-diameter cylinder.
- Twist the ends and refrigerate until ready to use.
