Sig's Strawberry icy delight

  1. Clean, hull and cut the strawberries in half ,or smaller setting aside a few for garnish
  2. Mix the cream and the quark with the sugars, cinnamon and pepper
  3. Mix until the sugar is dissolved
  4. Add the strawberries and mix gently until the juices run.
  5. Divide into two portions and chill freeze for about 15 minutes then stir again gently.
  6. Put back in freezer.
  7. Until ready to eat .
  8. Take out 5-10 minutes before serving .
