Special Smoked Ribs for Smoker

  1. Cut ribs in 5 to 6 rib sections and set aside.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat until sugar melts and mixture is well-blended.
  3. Pour mixture over ribs and marinate 5 to 7 hours.
  4. Remove ribs from mixture and place on smoker grid or in a rib rack on the grid.
  5. Brush with mixture once again before smoking.
  6. If you are using a double grid smoker, the ribs on the top grid will cook faster.
  7. Smoke 2 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
