Mrs. Osborn's Meatloaf
- 12 lb ground veal
- 12 lb ground pork
- 12 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup onion, cut up small
- 15 ounces whole tomatoes (pulp only)
- 2 slices bread (squeezed in leftover tomatoe juice)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 slices bacon
- Mix but dont beat.
- Form into loaf.
- Lay two strips of bacon on top of the loaf.
- Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours.
