Beef Pasta Bake

  1. Cook pasta just al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Brown beef, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink; drain.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce and garlic salt, simmer 10 minutes.
  4. In a seperate bowl, combine cream cheese and milk.
  5. Microwave 1-2 minutes on high, stirring once.
  6. Whisk until blended.
  7. Stir in sour cream, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and green pepper.
  8. Place cream cheese mixture in 9x9 pan.
  9. Spread cooked pasta on top cream cheese mixture.
  10. Top with beef mixture and remaining parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes covered.
  12. Uncover, add mozzerella cheese and bake 5-10 more minutes, until bubbly.
  13. Or wrap and put in freezer for up to 4 monthes, thaw and bake as directed.
