B's Badass Chili
- 2 lb lean cooked ground beef
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 can red kidney beans (16 oz.)
- 1 can northern beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can garbanzos (chick peas)
- 1 can sweet corn ( i used fiesta corn)
- 2 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 can small tomato paste
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 salt and pepper ( to taste)
- 1 cup water ( or more if you like your chili less thick)
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce or your go to hot sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- **** all cans must be drained!
- beans must be drained and rinsed ****
- brown and cook ground beef in skillet.
- drain well.
- add to crockpot.
- saute chopped onions, green pepper, and minced garlic in skillet.
- add to crockpot.
- add all other ingredients to crockpot.
- seasoning to taste.
- cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- or low for 6 hours.
- serve with a dollop of sour cream, cheddar cheese on top and cornbread.
