Juicee's hearty chili
- 2 lb Ground round
- 3 large Cans of tomato sauce
- 2 can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 small Can tomato paste
- 2 can Red kidney beans (do not drain)
- 2 can Chili beans (I use mild) do not drain
- 2 envelope Mc cormick chili seasoning mix (I use mild, because I put cayenne pepper)
- 2 1/2 medium Yellow onions
- 3 clove Minced garlic
- 2 large Bell pepper (green, red or yellow)
- 1/4 cup Catsup (trust me)
- 3/4 cup Sugar (trust me)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 pinch Garlic powder & pinch onion powder, if u have it)
- 2 cup Water
- 1 1/2 oz Grated unsweetened bakers chocolate (it comes in blocks, u grate it yourself)(trust me)
- Saute chopped onions, green pepper & garlic in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Put a pinch of salt & pepper
- Brown your burger,put a pinch of salt & pepper.drain fat.
- Mix all ingredients together in huge pot.
- Simmer on low for about an hour 1/2.
- It's better the next day.
- Serve with italian bread or crackers.
